Treatment management, reimagined
Your treatment plan, finally organized.
A prescription gives you instructions. RxFlow turns them into a living plan — the right treatments, on the right days, at the right times, through every phase and break.

A real example
Your prescription is short. The plan inside it isn't.
Six treatments, six rhythms, one of them on a cycle. “Which one do I use tonight?” shouldn’t need a spreadsheet, a wall calendar and a good memory.

How it works
From instructions to action.
RxFlow isn't firing notifications into the void — it keeps every layer connected, so today's list always reflects the plan underneath it.
- 1
Instructions
What the prescription, the label or the physio actually said.
- 2
Treatment plan
Each treatment structured — schedule, duration, phases, dose times.
- 3
Schedule
Every dose placed on a real calendar, weeks ahead.
- 4
Today
Just the things due now, grouped by time of day.
- 5
Reminders
A nudge where you already are — in-app, browser or Telegram.
- 6
Adherence
A quiet record of what happened. No streaks, no scores.
Not just a reminder
A reminder tells you what to do. RxFlow tells you where you are in the plan.
A generic reminder
20:00
Apply ointment
That’s all it knows — nothing about the course, the phase, or what happens after tonight.

Ointment B
Day 8 of 47 · active phase · tonight, 10:30 PM
Next — 12 days left in this phase
Then — a 7-day break
Then — 20 more days
The same dose, with the context that makes it make sense.
Complexity, handled
However complicated the schedule, it stays understandable.
You describe the treatment the way it was described to you. RxFlow works out the calendar — even for the ones without a single schedule at all.
Alternate day

Ointment B
Day 8 of 47
12 days left in this phase, then a 7-day break, then 20 more days. RxFlow keeps counting through the pause.
Today
When it matters, RxFlow gets out of the way.
On a normal morning you don't want a plan — you want a short list. Everything else is one tap away when you need the bigger picture.

6 completed · 1 skipped · 1 missed
Follow-through without guilt — no streaks to protect, no score to chase.

Complete, skip, undo. See what happened, plainly.

Reminders & prescriptions
Meet the plan where you already are — starting from what you already have.
Choose how RxFlow nudges you. Bring your prescription as a reference. Neither one changes what's in the plan without you.

Due at 10:30 PM · open
A direct message from the RxFlow bot.
A reminder carries a treatment name, a time and a link — never the dose or the instructions. Both extra channels stay off until you turn them on.
Start with the instructions you already have.
Upload a photo or PDF of your prescription. You structure each treatment by hand and check every instruction against the document before the plan is created. RxFlow never decides what your prescriber meant — that’s the whole point.
Coming later: optional help turning a reference document into draft entries you still review.
Groups
Keep related treatments together.
A dermatology course, a set of daily supplements, a travel kit — group them so the plan reads the way you think about it. Groups never change how anything is scheduled.

Who it’s for
Especially useful when the instructions are more than one thing, once a day:
Trust & privacy
RxFlow organizes instructions. It doesn't invent them.
This is treatment-adjacent software, so the boundaries matter. RxFlow is a scheduling and adherence tool — not a medical adviser.
No diagnosis
RxFlow doesn't identify conditions or interpret symptoms.
No recommendations
It never tells you what medicine or treatment to take.
No guessing
If an instruction is ambiguous, RxFlow asks you to clarify it — it never fills the gap itself.
Your treatment plan is yours.
RxFlow makes no compliance, certification or medical-outcome claims.
Pricing

FAQ
Questions people ask first.
Is RxFlow a medical app?
No. RxFlow is a scheduling and adherence tool. It doesn't diagnose, recommend or change treatment — it organises the instructions you were already given.
Can RxFlow tell me what medicine to take?
No. You enter the treatments and their instructions. RxFlow turns them into a schedule and reminds you — it never decides what belongs in the plan.
Can I use it for creams, ointments, shampoos and skincare?
Yes. RxFlow works for anything with a schedule — topicals, supplements, medicines, physiotherapy routines and more.
Can it handle every-other-day and a-few-times-a-week schedules?
Yes. Daily, specific weekdays, alternate days, every N days, and “a few times a week” (RxFlow suggests evenly-spaced days you can change).
Can it handle treatment breaks and cycles?
Yes. A treatment can run in active/break phases — 20 days on, 7 off, 20 on — and RxFlow keeps the timeline running through the pause.
Can I run several treatments at once?
Yes. That's the point. Multiple treatments, each on its own schedule, all resolved into one Today view.
Does RxFlow read my prescription automatically?
Not today. An uploaded prescription is an encrypted reference document; you structure each treatment by hand and check every instruction before the plan is created. Optional AI-assisted drafting may come later.
What happens if I miss a dose?
RxFlow records it as missed or skipped, based on what you do. It never decides that you should take an extra dose to make up for it.
Stop carrying your treatment plan in your head.
RxFlow turns complicated instructions into something you can see, follow and understand.
